Job summary

Role Overview

We are looking for a thoughtful and detail-oriented UI/UX Designer who is passionate about creating meaningful user experiences. In this role, you will work closely with product, development, and business teams to design solutions that are intuitive, impactful, and aligned with real user needs.

Responsibilities

1.Product Knowledge
Develop a deep understanding of the product domain, its features, and underlying technology to design experiences that are both usable and purposeful.

2.Research & Insights
Conduct user research and analysis to identify human and business needs, translating insights into design decisions that improve product outcomes.

3.Design Deliverables
Create clear and effective design outputs such as user flows, wireframes, visual designs, prototypes, and competitive analyses that solve real user problems.

4.Collaboration & Communication
Clearly communicate design concepts, research findings, and design decisions with designers, developers, and cross-functional stakeholders using simple and structured language.

Requirements

• A strong portfolio showcasing well-crafted, end-to-end user journeys
• 5+ years of experience in UI/UX, interaction design, or visual design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Awareness of current trends in mobile, web, and collaborative product design
• Ability to produce high-quality prototypes, mockups, and design artifacts
• Strong time management skills with the ability to scope, estimate, and prioritize work independently
• Proven experience contributing to shipped, real-world products
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Sketch
