Role Overview:

At RavenByte Solutions, we are looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer who enjoys solving real-world problems and building reliable, scalable applications. You will work closely with designers, product stakeholders, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that support business growth and user needs.

This role requires a balance of technical depth, ownership, and collaboration.

Responsibilities

1.Product Understanding

Develop a strong understanding of the systems, workflows, and business context of the products you work on. Translate requirements into effective technical solutions.

2.Development & Architecture

Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end features across frontend and backend layers. Ensure clean architecture, maintainable code, and performance optimization.

3.Problem Solving

Analyze technical and business challenges, propose practical solutions, and implement them with attention to scalability and reliability.

4.Collaboration

Work closely with product designers, QA, and other engineers to ensure smooth delivery of features and consistent user experience.

5.Code Quality & Delivery

Write clean, well-documented, and testable code. Participate in reviews, debugging, and continuous improvement of development practices.

6.Communication

Clearly communicate technical concepts, progress, and challenges with team members and stakeholders in a simple and structured manner.

Requirements

• Strong experience in full stack development with hands-on project ownership
• Proficiency in backend technologies such as Laravel / Node.js
• Experience with frontend frameworks like React or similar
• Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and system integrations
• Experience working with modern development tools and version control
• Ability to independently plan tasks, estimate effort, and meet deadlines
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Good communication and collaboration abilities
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

Nice to have

• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment workflows
• Knowledge of security best practices and performance optimization
• Experience working on enterprise, SaaS, or healthcare-related systems
