Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer who enjoys building reliable, secure, and scalable systems. In this role, you will be responsible for developing core backend services, APIs, and integrations that power real-world applications used by businesses and organizations.

You will collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and product stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient system functionality.

Responsibilities

1.Product Understanding
Develop a strong understanding of the product domain, workflows, and business requirements to design backend solutions that support real operational needs.

2.Backend Development
Design, build, and maintain backend services, APIs, and databases with a focus on performance, security, and scalability.

3.System Architecture
Contribute to system architecture decisions, ensuring clean structure, maintainable code, and efficient data flow across services.

4.Integration & Performance
Implement third-party integrations, optimize system performance, and ensure reliability under varying workloads.

5.Collaboration & Communication
Work closely with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements, communicate technical decisions, and support smooth feature delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience in backend development with real-world project exposure
• Strong knowledge of Node.js and/or Laravel
• Experience building RESTful APIs and handling server-side logic
• Solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases
• Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices
• Ability to independently scope tasks, estimate timelines, and prioritize work
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Clear communication and teamwork abilities
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud platforms and deployment pipelines
• Knowledge of system monitoring, logging, and optimization
